Andrea Gotopo oversees and supports the firm’s team of case managers while personally guiding her own clients through the pre-litigation process step by step. She describes herself as the one in the trenches: dealing with insurance adjusters, organizing the file, and making sure everything is in order so the attorney can focus on the legal work.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

A native of Venezuela, Andrea trained as an attorney in both Venezuela (2019) and Colombia (2022) before bringing that legal background to the U.S. personal injury field. She has worked as a case manager for American law firms for seven years and joined GPIL because she always wanted to put her love of the English language to work with an American firm.

One case has stayed with her more than any other. Andrea speaks Spanish and English, plus a working knowledge of Portuguese she picked up largely from Brazilian telenovelas. She is married and mom to a one-year-old son, Mateo.
