There are no words to describe how pleased and happy I am with this office! From day 1 they treated me like family! We were in an awful accident where an unisured driver pulled out in front of us. We t-boned him going 65 and my femur was shattered at the knee. My children both sustained injuries as well. I could not walk or fuction enough to go home, let alone go to their office, so they came to the rehab facility I was in to give me a consulation.. Hunter face timed me from his anniversary trip in europe for this meeting. Talk about dedication! I had a very hard case with difficult out of state insurance providers that were dead set on taking every penny of any settlement I might receive. Which is quite disheartening when I was the one injured and fired from my job due to recovery time and am still recovering after a year. The accident caused $13k of property damage to my car and came very close to totaling it due to the cost of repairs! Thankfully, no one was injured! After several months, I spoke with the third party handling the claim about the possibility of a diminished value claim. I was advised I would need to purchase a damage estimate and submit it to them. I got the estimate; I attempted to submit the lost value claim to the third-party insurance representative with the trucking company, and I was advised I was owed nothing. It is well known that the value decreases when a car requires significant repairs after a collision, so I knew this was wrong! I knew I had to find an attorney.
I called at least four local attorneys in the Huntsville-Decatur area before I called Hunter's office.
