Kylie Kirby

Junior Paralegal | Garnett Patterson Injury Lawyers

Arab, Alabama Native

Kylie Kirby helps clients find the light in the darkest time of their life. She supports clients through every stage of a case, whether that means delivering a case update, helping them understand the litigation process, or simply listening. Kylie believes most clients want to be heard and want to know someone is on their side, and she is the person who gives them that reassurance.

ROOTED IN NORTH ALABAMA

Kylie is from Arab, Alabama, and has been part of the Huntsville community all her life. She graduated from Arab High School in 2020 and earned her Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Wallace State Community College in 2022, where she served as President of the Paralegal Club and received the Honors Award. She also studied political science at the University of North Alabama.

WORKING WITH KYLIE

To a nervous, first-time client, Kylie wants to say this: she is on your side and will fight tooth and nail for you. Throughout your case, you will always have someone who will listen and provide support for whatever you need.

THE LIGHT IN THE DARKNESS

After one case settled, a client thanked Kylie for supporting her and told her she felt special knowing someone was on her side during the hardest season of her life. The client called her “the light in the darkness.” Kylie wants every client to feel that way.

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE

Outside the firm, Kylie is a Motion student leader at Church of the Highlands, where she leads a group of 10th-grade girls, and she coaches a Miracle League baseball team in the spring and fall. She has two dogs she adores, enjoys pickleball, hiking, and being outdoors, and loves Alabama Football. Friends would tell you she is very spontaneous.
