Leana Jarquin

Director of Pre-Litigation Operations | Garnett Patterson Injury Lawyers

Native of Managua, Nicaragua

Leana Jarquin makes sure every case at Garnett Patterson Injury Lawyers moves smoothly from the day it opens until it is time for settlement, keeping things organized, on schedule, and handled correctly at every step. As Director of Pre-Litigation Operations, she oversees the systems and the people that carry a client’s case through its earliest and most important stages.

HER PATH TO GPIL

Originally from Managua, Nicaragua, Leana found her way to GPIL through a connection with Hunter Garnett on LinkedIn. She resonated with the values he shared there, reached out, and after two interviews joined the firm, an opportunity she describes as a blessing.

EDUCATION

Leana graduated high school at 15, earned a technical degree in business administration at 17, and completed a specialization in English for Professional Development at Keiser Language Institute at 24. In addition to English and Spanish, she speaks conversational French.

WORKING WITH LEANA

Her message to clients is simple: “We are on your side, so you can be transparent with us, and we will do the same.” The client words that have stuck with her most are just three: “Thank you for caring.”

Leana works by a verse she has built her life around: “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might” (Ecclesiastes 9:10).

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE

Outside the firm, Leana is active in her church’s women’s group and has hosted a weekly radio program every Monday for more than two years. At home she is kept busy by two cats and three dogs.
