Her role spans Marketing, Intake, Pre-Litigation, Litigation, Finance, and Operations, allowing attorneys and staff to stay focused on delivering strong results for clients.

MaKinzie takes a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to firm management. From building compliant financial and HR systems to improving workflows, documentation, and technology integrations, she is focused on creating structure, clarity, and scalability across the firm.
