Robert Patterson brings over 45 years of legal expertise to the firm, having advocated for thousands of clients across North Alabama. Robert earned his J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. A seasoned litigator, he has handled complex cases in both State and Federal Courts, spanning personal injury, wrongful death, and workers’ compensation.

 

Robert’s deep local roots and bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) allow him to serve a diverse range of clients who might otherwise struggle to navigate the legal system. As the founder of the Patterson Law Firm before joining forces with Hunter Garnett, Robert established a reputation for securing six-figure verdicts and holding manufacturers of defective products accountable.

 

When he isn’t fighting for his clients, Robert stays active in the Huntsville community. He is an avid cyclist and a member of the Spring City Cycling Club. He also shares Hunter’s love for the land, spending his free time working on his own farm. Robert is the proud father of two boys.
